We had leftover veggies from making ratatouille yesterday, so we made another one, then stuck it on pizza dough. It was kind of awesome.
Directions:
- Make ratatouille. (Add red peppers to the veggie list, I forgot that when I made ratatouille proper.)
- Put stretched pizza dough on pre-heated pizza stone (500 degrees F) for 1 minute.
- Pull out pizza stone, spoon ratatouille onto dough.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until dough is golden.
Ratatouille + pizza = delicious.
